Description
Jump to next screen on click
Rather than having a button, have the next screen load immediately after a selection is made.
Top labels
Be sure to add a comma (,) after typing in desired top labels, such as very good or very bad,  so they are added.
Show tooltip on hover
A tooltip is an element displayed as an informational text box when hovering over an item. This usual indicated the amount that is being hovered over.
